The Pro Scout GPS 100W vehicle logging system uses the latest satellite technology available for GPS vehicle tracking systems. The device can track and log a car or a fleet of vehicles for up to 18 days.  The tracking device is enclosed in a waterproof case for under vehicle installations and is powered by 4 AA batteries.  It has advanced motion detection circuitry that shuts the unit down when the vehicle is stationary for longer than 5 minutes, therefore saving valuable battery power.

Installation of the Pro Scout unit requires a user to simply insert the device inside the vehicle or attach it underneath the vehicle using its industrial strength magnetic mount.  The tracking device is very easily concealed and it can take as little as 10 seconds to install and remove the Pro Scout.

The Pro Scout GPS 100W now comes with Flash memory as a standard feature.  The Flash memory permits you to replace the batteries in the unit without losing any data not yet downloaded to your computer.  If the batteries expire while the unit is still in or under a vehicle you will not loose any information the tracking system has already logged.

The Pro Scout system includes map software

The stored GPS logs are transferred to your computer after the unit has been recovered from the vehicle. The data includes the routes of travel and stopping times for up to 18 days of logs to be displayed on the digital map software.

The vehicle's travel and stopping points can be displayed on the map at street level detail.

The mapping software has custom report capability.
