If, for any reason you are not Satisfied with the item you purchased you may return it to us at your cost within 7 Days of receiving the item. You are responsible for the return shipping. You must contact us to obtain a return number. We will issue a Refund, Minus 15% of the item price you paid on any electronic device we sell. No shipping monies are refunded. If you used a free shipping offer we will deduct the actual shipping amount from your refund as well. Any returns after 7 days will be refused. Any items returned without a return number will be refused. Items must be complete in the original product box and include all accessories, including manuals, sd cards, ac adaptors, warranty cards, wire ties, plastic bags, connectors, adapters, wires , cables and all items packed in the product box . Please be sure to delete any recordings you may have placed on the device we are unable to recover or return any files to you. Please be sure that you have the opportunity to test the items you purchase within the 7 day time frame. We believe that 7 days is enough time to determine if the product will work for your intended purpose. If you need to make other arrangements please call us before ordering. Exchanges for items are accepted within 7 days. Exchanges will not be charged a restock fee. All Shipping for the item will be at your cost. You must have a Return number on your package or it will be returned to you. 1. Safely pack the returned item in a shipping box. Do not use the product box as a shipping box it will be returned to you. Do not use paper to wrap the box it will be refused and returned to you. The item must be in original condition and include all accessories paperwork and box or package. We understand that you may have opened the box. Please be careful with the packaging if you are unsure of keeping the item. Items returned to us with ripped boxes, missing accessories, manuals or warranty information may be charged an additional fee. This fee is based on the fee we pay to the supplier or manufacturer when we return the item to them.

3. Send the item back to us. Please remember that the package is your responsibility until it arrives here. We base the 7 day return policy on the date that the shipping company receives the package not when the label is made.

UPS and FEDEX and USPS all offer a basic service that will get the package here within 7 days and provide you with a tracking number, international orders make take longer to arrive, be sure to contact us with an active tracking number for an international package to avoid extra fees.
We ship orders Monday through Friday Most items are shipped on the same day the order is placed. To be shipped the same day orders must be in by 2:30 PM CST.
Sometimes we can't ship this quickly. If we can't ship your order within 3 business days, we will contact you by email. We will inform you of an expected shipping date. UPS and Fed Ex accept packages to ship Mon-Fri. Next day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select are based on Business days, Saturday and Sunday are not included. A Next day order on Friday will be delivered the next business day, so you will receive it on Monday. You can call us @ 866-779-8455 if you would like Saturday Delivery on an order. Please contact us if you require the package to be delivered Next Day and we will inform you if you can receive the item the following day.
Any delay on delivery by the shipping company, for any reason, is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Any delay due to attempted delivery of an order is not cause for refund of shipping and will not effect any of the fees associated with the item. Items we ship require a adult signature, please make arrangements to accept the delivery. Your tracking number will be emailed to you so you will have the expected date of delivery.
We ship orders via UPS , FedEx and USPS. All items are shipped insured. Shipping rates are generated using the current UPS shipping rate schedule. Orders are shipped signature required in most cases. In certain cases, Spyville.com reserves the right to substitute shipping with USPS Priority or Express Mail, UPS or FedEx this will not effect the amount you pay for shipping. We may at our discretion ship from an alternate location to fulfill your order, this will not effect the amount you pay for shipping. We may group your items in multiple shipments to expedite the order again this will not change the shipping.
Important Shipping Note: We prefer to ship to the billing address or an address associated with your credit card. Please be aware that entering an address that is not associated with your credit card will case a delay in your order. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item we will replace it at our cost. You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours from delivery) of receiving a defective item. If you choose to return a defective item instead of receiving a replacement all restocking fees still apply. We provide technical support on all of our items. This may be done in house or we may provide you with a phone number for a manufacturer or supplier for the item. Please be sure to have the item with you when you call for support so we can troubleshoot the device. Please have your order number or contact information ready so we can expedite your call.
International orders can only be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card. Please be sure that the shipping address is the only one you enter. Multiple address for international shipping will cause the order to be immediately canceled. International orders are shipped USPS Global Express and are sent adult addressee signature required. International orders take an additional 24-48 hours to confirm the validity of the credit card. Some international orders make take as much as 72 hours before shipping. All international packages are subject to customs inspections and may be delayed several days. All customs fees are the customer's responsibility, packages refused will be charged the return postage. All international orders are shipped showing actual value for customs. By law we can not change or lower the amount. We ship to the address you provide. All items have at least a 90 day warranty. Most items have a one year warranty. Please contact us for details on any item. You are responsible for any shipping charges to return the item to us. please provide Previous notification of missing items Before returning the item is required. Merchandise that is returned with missing items or damaged items will be returned exactly as received the missing items will not be replaced. Any outward signs of abuse or neglect will terminate the warranty and the item will be returned to the customer. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If the item is no longer available we will replace it with a equal or greater value similar item.
Since we do ship most items same day order cancelations need to be requested before 3:00 PM CST on the same day the order was placed in order to avoid any fees. Once we have processed an order and released it to the shipping company we will accept cancelations but all fees still apply and return shipping to us. We do not profit from this as all shipping companies charge return shipping after they have accepted the package. UPS and FedEx also charge an additional fee for rerouted or undeliverable packages. This fee also applies to cancelations after shipment.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback on your credit card. If you are the victim of fraud call us so we can report the crime. If you chargeback without due cause and we win we expect you pay our employee for the time and effort to refute the chargeback including any shipping charges. Our policies are clearly listed and we understand that some items are not suited for the job you intended.
